Can I stop worrying so much now?

So I had my first prenatal visit today!

First thing she did was try to hear the heartbeat. I was getting really nervous because she couldn't find it for a few minutes...but when she did I startred crying, and then laughed so she lost it. And I cried even more when she found it again. It was the best sound in the entire world, I cannot even begin to explain how happy it made me.

I also had a pelvic exam/pap smear...a very painful one at that, they let the student do it...I cramped and bled for a few hours, but I'm good now, just some brownish discharge so hopefully thats all good...

Here's my question, I have been worrying about losing this baby, and I know ti can really happen at anytime. But since I've heard the heartbeat, does that lower my chance significantly? They guess me to be 11 weeks right now, and my first ultrasound is on the 17th and I'm already counting down the days to see my little peanut for the first time <3
