Ok so this has happened more than once but i had ignored it but this time was bad idk if its normal ...ok so i,sneezed nd i get this realllyyyy bad pain from like the panty line to my pubic bone all the way down the only way it wont hurt at times since im scared to sneeze is i curl in a ball im 22w idk if its normal :/

It's round ligament pain. Totally normal. When you know you gotta sneeze, kinda like bend down and It'll help from your muscles pulling.

Sometimes I get that but more likely I end up peeing on myself a Lil bit when I sneeze.
