Baby measuring small

I had an IUI on 3/30 so we are almost 100% when conception occured.  I had an ultrasound last week when I supposed to be 6 wk 2 days...no baby to be seen, just sac/yolk sac.  I went back today and the baby and HB were seen, but baby is measuring one week behind (only 4 mm right now).  The heart rate was 93beats per minute.  I have to go back Monday for another ultrasound to see if the baby is growing appropriately.  Does anyone have a similar experience and had everything turn out fine?

My best friend had this at the start of her current pregnancy. It was very worrying for her so I can imagine how you must be feeling. Of course, every situation is different but she is now 32 weeks pregnant with an apparently very healthy little boy. Best of luck hun, hope everything works out.

I don't have any experience with this per say but there is a chance that implantation occurred a little later and sometimes that can hinder growth a little bit. It is a good sign that the baby is progressing and that you did see a heartbeat =) I hope everything goes well for you!
