If its ur first bb it feels like cramping scarring sharp pain because ur uterus is growing :) I'm pg w my second n I had some cramping in the beginning so its normal but if u bleed or feel severe pain then u should go to the emergency room

Early in pregnancy your body is getting used to changes being made. you may feel pressure but if you feel period like pains you could be having a miscarriage.  When is your dr appt?

cramping is sometimes normal during the first trimester if its severe you should contact ur physician immediately.i experience it still even tho im well into my second trimester.best thing to do is if its that severe or any bleeding go to an emergency room.
