IBS and pregnancy??!
Ok so, i developed IBS after having my first son 2.5 years ago and I'm still working out what.to eat and what not to eat, now pregnant with my second child and soo bloated and struggling to go to.the.toilet at only 8 weeks! My IBS has gone the opposite way! Ne1 else had to cope with IBS as well as typical pregnancy gut trouble?! Ne ideas how to help??
Lots of water ! I have an apt on Thursday to ask for advice but i think im goin to see my gastrointestinal doctor because obgyn really isnt the best doc to ask i.will update u on advice from him!
Thank u ladies n I'm trying t eat lots of fruit n stuff atm but can't eat too much either cos otherwise my IBS goes mad n I pay for it! Worst thing is atm am.craving stuff that's quite dry which obv isn't the best! Atleast the smell of fried food puts me off nething like that! Is there nethin u think seems to help?!
I have ibs nd its hard to deal with this is my first pregnancy nd im struggling with it anything i eat gives me pain so im srry honey try to talk with your doc im 23 weeks ive had ibs since i was 18 im 24 so its def harder wen pregnant
