IS IT OK TO TAKE MEDICATION?

I have a cold, its doing my head in, but after taking a lemsip type drink and a cold capsule, i realised it said not to take if your pregnant. Will it harm the bump? Does any one know? Im just so worried coz i lost my last bump to a m/c in oct so i guess im worrying over nothing.

I wouldn't take anymore. One pill won't harm the baby but repeated exposure to drugs that state pregnant women cannot take them can and will harm an unborn fetus.
