Evening Primrose Oil?
I am so new at all of this and I keep seeing EPO in various questions/comments. What exactly is it?
Evening promise oil, it's a soft gel pill that can be taken orally or vaginally, its supposed to soften your cervix, making dialation easier. Tho I started it at 36wks and I started leaking water at 38wks, but didn't dialate past a 2 and had to be induced. I'm going to try it again this time tho.
