Ichy vagina

Hi there Im 5 weeks pregnant and I have been feeling ichy and hot in the inside area of my vagina, it didnt start happening till after my husband and I had sex, its really concerning me and I was wondering if there was something wrong when that occurs or is it normal?? Ive never had this happen to me before and both of us are clean for any std.

I just talked to my Dr. about it, I got one from antibiotics.  I was told to use the Monistat 7 day.  She said the shorter duration meds don't work as well in pregnancy and the 7 day is longer but a lower dosage.  It sounds like a yeast infection, but if you've never had one before it's always best to see your ob and have it confirmed.  There are other infections that can mimic yeast.  Good luck!

It sounds like a yeast infection to me. Ive had one twice and they are horrible!! I have found that the Monistat 1 Combination pack works fastest to cure it and they have coupons on their website :)

Yeast infection, and its completely normal. Your ob/gyn can prescribe some vaginal suppositories.
