Wtf?!?!! What to do?

We'll everyone around me is getting sick!!!! I don't want to get sick....when I get sick I get really sick... and then to get sick while pregnant doesn't sound like an option. What do I do to not get sick? I'm fine so far and I have my appointment Monday so I will be talking to my doctor. But do you mommies have any good tips or advice!?

I know I'm freaking out about this too!!!! My hubby is sick he went to the Dr today and the nurse said EVERYONE is coming in with the same crap. Dr says it a virus and it has to run its course.... so I'm trying to disinfect the house now and I guess one of us is taking the couch :( don't know what I'm gonna do without my suggle bug tonight but its for the best until he's better.

Keep yourself healthy. Wash your sheets and disinfect the house.

I'm terrified of getting sick while I'm pregnant too lol it would be miserable not being allowed to take majority of medications. Just make sure to communicate with your doc if you do catch something like the flu anything with fevers too

Prenatal vitamins, vitamin C - eat your oranges and fruits and juices- wash your hands like mad and keep your distance as best you can from sickies, you can still breathe in their pathogens and such if you are around them too much.. don't use hand sanitizers you'll kill off healthy bacteria just wash your hands like mad with soap all the time. Don't over stress either ;) stress compromises your immune system. Get your rest and 8 hours of sleep a night. Good luck!
