Idk if this is a dumb question

But... I'm getting sick from my throat.. do I go with my obgyn or my primary doctor? ??:o

Thanks ladies. And I personally would, I feel like I might have an earache soon, my ear aches. Might as well stop it now before it gets worse: )

Personally I wouldn't go to the Dr for a sore throat unless it was a few days and nothing otc was helping. I know you can use cough drops/throat loasanges while pregnant. A friend of mine is 31 weeks and had a sore throat for a few days then had a fever of 100.4 and it happened to fall while she was already seeing her Ob and they told her to go be seen for it at med express.

Well nausea was attributed to pregnancy so that would be obgyn. A sore throat is most likely not pregnancy related therefore would be through your pcp.

It's all so confusing.. :( I tried going when,I had nausea like a huge while back with my primary doctor and told me he couldn't prescribe me anything but my obgyn could.. sso same with a sore throat? :(

Your primary care.. they can treat/diagnose you. Ob is only pregnancy related.

Probably your ob , they can tell you whats safe to take while your pregnant when your sick.
