If you took an HPT and saw a second line, no matter how faint, you are pregnant. In order for those to show up you need to have Hcg higher than 1.83. Most take hcg of 25 or more. It is rare that you can see a pregnancy on ultrasound with hcg that low. It is possible that the blood test was faulty or mixed up or something. Congratulations!

Yes I did an HPT/ Urine test and it came back slightly postive I did two, and  the second line was faint. I was advised to do over the blood test, and the sonogram, whichI think I would do because these symptoms to me are not adding up.

Ectopic pregnancy is when the fertilized egg implants outside the uterus, for example it may implant in a fallopian tube.  Sometimes with an ectopic pregnancy "debris" can be seen in the uterus which is mistaken for fetus in the uterus.  Ectopic pregnancy is dangerous can is often associated with low HCG levels but what you describe doesnt really sound like this.

HPT = home pregnancy test.  If your HCG levels really are less than 5 then a HPT will be negative.  If you get a positive result, its possible the lab made a mistake with your numbers.

The sonogram was done lasw week and the blood test was done the day after. I'm not sure what an ectopic pregnancy is or an HPT?

An HCG level less than 5 means you are not pregnant.

When was the sonogram done and when was the blood test performed?  What exactly was seen?  Has an ectopic pregnancy been ruled out?  Have you done a HPT recently to see what that says?
