If my period was sep.3 how many weeks am I?

Okay it's saying the crown rump length measures 9.5mm consistent with a gestational age of 7 weeks and zero days.a small yolk sac is identified . The gestational sac measures 19.1 mm, consistent with a gestational age of 6 weeks and 6 days. There is normal cardiac rate and activity, measuring 128 beats/min. These measurements are consistent with a composite gestational age of 7 weeks and zero days. This is within one standard deviation of the patient's menstrual age of 7 weeks 5days. There is circumferential placenta developing...

This is word for word I would just like to know how many weeks exactly am I without including my period please...

As long as the u/s looks ok, and the next one lines up, I would say you're near 7 weeks. Is it possible you haven't ovulated for several months? What did your doctor say?

With my first pregnancy, my body decided to go on vacation for a few months so I conceived in a cycle that was ultimately 80+ days long! We were tracking for ovulation (BBT) and had taken some occasional tests, so we were able to figure out when we conceived and had an ultrasound that confirmed our suspicion. Good luck!
