anything to help with dilation ?

Today's my due date and still no baby :/ . I went into my doctors yesterday and he said bbys still pretty high and that I wasn't dilated yet . he monitured me to see if evrrything was ok wich she is perfectly healthy, but he said i was contracting alot . i still feel the co tractions here and their but not enough to go in to labor and delivery . he said I could go in monday and if I want I could get induced but really don't want to . is their anything I could do to help dilate ?

Sex deffinately and a lot of it! And A lot of walking. Me and my boyfriend got a hotel room and just went crazy lol and went to the mail and walked for 3 hours I had my 1st son the next day. Sperm helps soften the cervix! I also heard that anal is a good way to but I never tried it not my thing. Good luck!

Dang, idk. Sounds like you'd be better off getting induced. But I'm afraid it might be difficult since you're not dialated at all. BUT you neverrrr know. You could end up being 5cm by tomorrow lol. Theres just no telling sadly. Just keep doing what you're doing and good luck:)

I've been walking every night when my finance comes home for work , and basically been having sex once we get back. I know sex is suppose to help soften the cervix and weve done a lot of both but I'm still here waiting :/
