Its very important to take prenatal vitamins. Also a lot of protein.
A lot of caffeine is bad, and so is a lot of sugar.
i only changed not eatting at fast food so much added a lot more salads to my menu n drunk Nuthing but water n juice n my baby girl was a healthy 7 pounds 6 ounces n ppl are going to say heat deli meat but that's your preference i never heated mines my whole pregnancy i just made sure it was fresh
I never heat my deli meat either. I was never told to.

You're not eating for two a lot of women think that and gain too much. Right now in your first trimester you should obviously eat healthy but eat a normal amount of food don't over eat. In your second trimester you should increase your intake by 300 calories which is the equivalent to half a beagal or a fruit salad. And then in your third trimester increase by about 500 calories. Don't double your food intake though
