I agree with spade22. While it COULD be normal, it could also be related to other things such as placental problems or threatened miscarriage even if you are not cramping yet. At 9 weeks you would see the gestational sac, fetal pole and heartbeat via ultrasound. I would definately go in and be checked if I were you.
I disagree with worrieddd612. Bleeding is NOT common during pregnancy and half of those that do bleed end up losing their baby. I would head to the ER or after hours doctor if I was in your shoes because there are situations where an impeding miscarriage can be prevented (not always, but sometimes).

Is it to early for a scan
as long as your not cramping then your okay. bleeding is common during pregnancy. i bled at 7 weeks and everything was fine, i too had no cramps.
