Thank for you reply. That's what confuses me its my schedule of my period every first week of the month, I'm actually sexually active with my partner,.but it was not my regular bleeding it did have some blood clots on that day only and on the next day and it last for 4 days I just have a blood clots during urination. But not that heavily. A slight cramping on my lower abdomen too.

If you had unprotected sex or if  you feel that there is any possibility that you may have gotten pregnant in the past month, then it is possible that you had a miscarriage. You didn't give too many details so I can't give you a more definitive answer than that. Did the bleeding stop after that episode or did you continue passing blood, clots, etc? Did you expect to get your period soon and could it just as well have been early? If you are concerned that you may have had a miscarriage, take a hpt or go to the hospital if you are bleeding heavily or are experiencing pain or discomfort. Good luck.
