I'm confused :( What's going on ?? Please HELP

My body feels off =/ been having a stomach ache since Last night, I thought maybe it was just a bug or something but it's not going away, it's my lower belly with a little bit of sharp pain. Nothing unbearable.  
I walked 8 blocks and by the 3rd block I started having really really sharp pains on right side of belly towards my belly button.  By the 5th block I started having lots of pressure down there and a sharp pain over left hip with back pain.
By the 8 the block I was so exhausted I could hardly walk to my front door.. I layed down and kept having pains in my belly extremely bad low back pain tightening of my belly. I did that walking around 1:30 pm it is now 9:45 pm . My pain feels a little bit worse then earlier but still nothing completely unbearable just extremely UNCOMFORTABLE.  I lay on my right side and have super sharp dull pains I lay on my left side and have the same pain I sit up and have extremely bad back pain and burning on top of my belly.
I also keep getting the sensation you get when you have diarrhea . I go to the bathroom thinking if I wait any longer Imma poop myself. I get in the bathroom and NOTHING -_- didn't have to poop at all..
I have no idea what the hell is going on and I'm so confused...

I'm 37 weeks 2 days .
I was last checked Monday January 12 and was 3cm 90 % effaced..

It was just false alarms, my contractions aren't strong enough and I'm not progressing any more =/
Had a doctors appointment today and was 3 1/2 cm dilated . Yes I was extremely disappointed hearing that , so my doctor stripped my membranes. I've had some strong contractions that knock me off my feet but there not close at all and aren't that bad.
Hopefully I get some sleep tonight and nothing happens since I am home by myself till 6 am and it's only 10:30 pm right now. :o

I've called and there extremely rude. Telling me not to even waste my time coming in for some false alarms since I can't feel contractions..

That's labor back pain is a sign of labor lots of pressure feeling Luke u have to poop is baby as well call labor and delivery at your hospital and tell them what your experiencing and u will know what to do from there

It's not unbearable pain?  Nd it's mostly in my back so have no idea of there contractions
