TRAVELLING 12 HOURS, 8 WEEKS PREGNANT
Hey girls! I have been chosen to participate on a HR conference that will be held in Stockholm, Sweden next month. i have to take 2 flights in a row, 4 hours the first and the second 8 hours.
My Dr says it should be fine, and I should try to walk during flights, any suggestions? Appreciate, as always your wonderful help!

dramamine!!! is that safe during pregnancy? even if you don't get sick usually while flying i would still take some anti nausea medication just in case since you're in your 1st trimester and it likes to sneek up on you when its least expected!!! good luck!
