Yoga is good while pregnant but make sure you are doing poses and stretches appropriate for pregnant women. Also like any exercise you need to consult your doctor before starting anything new

Yoga is very good for you! Just be careful that you don't over stretch. They even make DVDs specifically for pregnant women :) I got the what toexpect when expecting workout dvd and its amazing. It has yoga, cardio, and workouts to do when you aren't pregnant. I'm young as well (20) if you want anyone to talk to message me :)
