Why am i not big???

Im 26 weeks preggo, ive gained a total of 8 pounds so far.  With my first pregency i gained 80 lbs, my doc told me that the baby is taking everything from me. Im at risk for early labor due to minor cramps, backache. I just want to knw why im not that big. I look like im 4 months preggo but im 6. Has anyone had this problem?  The doc said the baby will bigger than my first and that i would be bigger thn my last pregency, but ive only gained 8 lbs so how is that possible?  Im due may 3 rd having another girl :) please someone tell me whats going on

The contractions are real ones they hurt like a B****.  They did do an internal exam and they said the baby is ready to come, they said if i keep having contractions they will have to give me meds to stop me from going into labor.  Ive been trying to take it easy but its hard with an 18 month old running around. Lol Good luck to evrryone with their labor, and props to those who go natural. I cant deal with the pain

The pains are not normal my doc told me to take it easy.  Ive already been having contractions. I have back labor and my doc put me on bed rest due to early labor, he wouldnt do that if the pains were normal!!!!!!!!!

There is not set belly size. Im a lot smaller this time around too. My first was a girl, this is a little boy. Its normal. How do cramps and backache mean preterm labor???? I thought it was completely normal to have aches and pains?!!!!!!!!!

i was the same way.. people told me all the time that i was small for how far along i was. i know it bothers you know, as it did me, but embrace it because looking back on it, im thankful. i lost the weight a lot faster and easier than my friends who were big.

Theres no "set" belly size you should have along as the baby is growing as it should there's nothing to worry about, I'm 30 weeks on saturday n gained 9 lbs maybe you having a smaller baby rather then a " larger" one
