This Is My First Baby & I Want To Know What It Means When My Belly Tightens & I Feel Pain On My Lower Back As Well As My Vagina, I'm Thinking They're Cramps, But It's Sharp Pain. Help. I'm 36 Weeks & 4 Days.
Contractions either real or probably Braxton Hicks. If they are really painful or come close together go to the hospital
I believe that those are early contractions. Kind of like early labor or false labor. Either way, don't freak out unless you can't handle the pain. That happened to me the other night and after 2 hours it went away. Real contractions increase in intensity and come at regular intervals.
