6 weeks pregnant and strange symptoms?

Hi there, I'm 6 and a half weeks pregnant. During the day I worry that I have almost no nausea or symptoms. Yet during the night I become hotter and hotter, I have vivid dreams and my breasts hurt so badly I wake up repeatedly with the pain of them. Then in the morning I wake up with killing breasts which are as hard as concrete and very tender, drenched with sweat and with a banging migraine. I am not overweight and I am young and healthy - could these symptoms be a sign of something more ominous - like a pregnancy induced condition or something?

be thankful that you don't have to deal with N/V, I dealt with enough during my first pregnancy to last a lifetime. not every woman has nausea. I never really dealt with your other symptoms though. are you drinking plenty of water during the day? the headache could be a sign of dehydration. OR have you recently changed your intake of caffeine?

If you have no nausea I wouldn't worry, I'd be happy. Your breasts will hurt early on in pregnancy, and I always got hot. I would say you are just experiencing pregnancy. I had very wild lifelike dreams when I was pregnant.
