I'm so bad..

I eat a cup of crab soup almost everyday... I woke at a seafood market and I just crave it... anyone know if that's okay or should I cut back ?

It's fine to eat 2 or 3 times a week. Fish is good for the baby it's high in omega 3 fatty acids

It's recommended that pregnant women eat 12 oz. of low mercury fish each week. Crab is low in mercury so you can eat about 12 oz. per week. I eat more fish than that though and my doctor said it's fine.

I would talk to your ob bout that. But you can't eat to much seafood. Maybe once in the blue moon but everyday I don't think it's good for the baby girl.
