Im so lost..

Ok so first off im VERY bad a writing so sorry for the big wall of text...!!!
For the last 2 weeks ive been feeling "sick" ..
I'm on Yaz birthcontrol, for PMDD, been on it for around a year and 1/4 so i KNOW its not me getting used to it. im late for my period, and my last period was on the 24th of oct so i SHOULD have gotten mine already. its the 30 of November. I know birth control have a high chance of working but im not sure if the medication im on could have effected it or something and knowing my luck and how many times i have sex (around 10 times a week...i know=[ ) im really scared, oh im on Yaz, lamictal xr, abilify  celexa, stratera, (and some pill to help me stay awake that i havnt took in like 2months) also my mum thought i had a uti so she put me on some antibiotics (but i cant remember if i atucally took them) so that might have been me saying something useless...i took a blood test at the ER (but i REALLY dont trust the ER soo..) and it came up neg. I took 2 hpt and came up pos. Oh and a pee test at a urgent care place ..neg..so im like whats going on??  but the doctor at the urgent care place said its either A: too early to tell or B: i have low hCG so tomorrow im going to see my OB/GYN to get a ultrasound (vaginal) to confirm it ...cause idk i just "feel" pregnant my symptoms are......~~>>

  
~~i usually get very heavy and medium periods even on yaz and i have never missed one before when taking yaz~~  

~every time i eat or when i burp i vomit then swallow it (gross sorry),
~stringy clear vaginal discharge,
~heavy feeling breasts, (they feel like a something is just pulling them down and and they have a weird pain i cant describe.. )
~dizziness (always feel like im going to pass out)
~cramps (which i NEVER get even for a period never in my life have i ever gotten them till now..)
~heat flashes (even when outside its like 30C outside, i feel like im going ot have a heatstroke, my face gets very very flushed, and i sweat so bad like my shirt is like i just got out of a shower with my shirt on..)
~no period for a week
~did have some very light bleeding a week before my period ..
~either very tired or totally and fully awake

i talked too many diffrent people about this, some tell my im not (like my family) and people that i know have been pregnant like my friends sisters, and stuff they tell me i am...
so i really dont know whats going on.. if you could give me any info that would be amazing thank you so much!!

Again thank you, i went to the OB/GYN they said i might  be pregnant or a diabetic.....so im really scared=[

Wait a few days and go back to get another blood draw from your doctor for definite results.  Good luck on that.

On a side note, and I hope you don't mind me mentioning this, but I have experience with anger issues and the medicine "cocktails" you are taking.  I have a family member who has a mood disorder, and one of the worst things you can do with anger issues is to take stimulants (Celexa).  The other two meds work well for anger related moods, but could be counter productive with Celexa.

I don't know if you have any specific diagnosis, and your bio says you are only 15, but maybe you could discuss with your mother or doctor and ask them about it (the internet has lots of info on these drugs with side effects).  I want to wish you the very best of luck.

Antibiotics and other medications are known to lower the strength of birth control pills, so there is always a possibility that you are pregnant, but with a negative blood test, I would doubt it. They are more accurate than any urine test and will pick up a lesser amount of HCG (unless for some reason the lab screwed up, which can happen, but unlikely).

I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help, but it sounds like a wait and see when you go to your OB. Good luck!
