Impatient lol

32 weeks 5 days and I'm getting so impatient lol! My doctor isn't expecting me to make it to my due date, I'm 1cm dilated and 50% effaced already, which I know doesn't mean much.. but my problem is I'm terrified that I won't know when I'm in labor and when to go in! I've literally been having nightmares about it lol everyone tells me that "I'll definitely know" but I've heard plenty of women say that they had no idea they were in labor and got to the hospital for a routine check and ended up being almost fully dilated. Due to kidney stones and how big my baby is compared to my body my midwife suspects he's going to come a little early, so can you give me some things to look for that will help me know when to go in? I've already been losing my mucus plug and experiencing bh contractions, but when do I absolutely need to call my dr?

Thank you (: kidney stones suck! I also have hydronephrosis in my kidneys as well which causes severe pain in my back so it's hard to tell what's normal for me in terms of pain I hate it

Hi, mom of 3 here. I also have kidney stones currently and very use to carrying babies with stones. Im a very small woman but I also carry large babies. Im 39 weeks with #3 and she will be 9+ pounds. Things to look out for are pain you cannot tolerate, leaking, water breaking, bleeding, contractions coming stronger and more intense that come regularly every 5 minutes or less.
