In pain while walking
My husband and I just finished our walk but while walking I am in excruciating pain from the Braxton hicks and my back hurting. Any advice on what i need to be doing to cease pain.
Thank you. I'm more so askin, while I'm walking, is there anything I can do to restrict the pain I'm having?
