Indigestion?

Can pregnant women take pepto? I cannot pee, I cannot poop, and I am having so much pressure in my pelvic region it is rediculous. Almost to the point where I might actually start crying... I'm staying the weekend with my parents and the fiance is out of town, and they are getting really worried. Could this be preterm labor? If not, do I have reason to go tp the hospital?

Yeah, pain in my back especially. And it hurts to walk a bit. I've been sitting cross-legged with my knees up to my.chest to try and relieve some of the pressure. I drink water like a fish, so I know its not dehydration/: I actually just downed two bottles of water to try and make me pee Lol. I don't have an official OB right now. I just moved, I'm changing insurance and all of that good stuff, so I don't have it conpletely figured out yet. Should I just call the ER and see what they have to say?
