Induction

Next week at my appointment if things haven't progressed a lot then my doctor said we would start talking about induction.  I don't really want 2 b induced.  Do u ladies have any ideas of ways I can naturally induce labor??  Sex isn't an option because I'm single.  I eat spicy foods ALL the time and that doesn't do anything lol.  I've tried the reflexology twice and that hasn't worked either.  Any other suggestions?

In the UK we don't get induced unless its medical or we are two weeks overdue. You don't have to get induced by the way. It's your choice :) I was induced for medical reasons but will avoid it this time unless baby is at risk. Xx

Hmmm walking uphill, never heard that one.  Definitely will try it!  And they want 2 induce because I haven't dilated at all and at my next appointment I'll be 40weeks so if still nothing has changed they wanted 2 start talking about it.  She said they don't like going past 41weeks
