Irrational fears

Does anyoneel have any crazy irrational fears?? I'm a first time mom. I've been constipated, and my fear is that if I bare down while trying to use the bathroom my baby will come out. I have a lot of pressure down there from the constipation and scares me I will have my baby in the toilet. Yes I know this is a crazy irrational fear.

Does anyone else have crazy fears that you know isn't going to happen but you can't help worrying about it?

I'm afraid to be in a car sometimes too and I'm afraid when women I don't know ask too many questions about me being pregnant cause I've watched to many movies where women steal your baby. I know its not right to think that but sometimes I do.

Whenever I'm walking alone I always think someone is going to attack me or kidnap me or something, as I'm walking I think thru these crazy scenarios in my head & what I would do to protect me & bb

I always had a dream about bein in the hospital just aftr having my lil girl nd wen I go 2 walk out da room zombies r all ovr the place. I told my hubby dat we needed ta stop watchin the walking dead aftr that.

I have crazy dreams about being in a car accident and all I do is scream "my baby my baby.. I'm pregnant!" So everytime I'm in a car and see another car getting close I kind of get scared and remember my dream. Dreams make us do crazy things

I keep dreaming that my baby will be washed away at sea. I dreamt the same thing when I was pregnant with my daughter. I don't live near the ocean now, but I am moving to the coast in a little over a month. I know my babies are fine, but the sight of any water fills me with that heart clenching fear again
