Is all this normal?

So my doctors have yet to find me an o.b. even though ive previously miscarried. I know the sickness every day is normal but i would just love some sort of relief since i dont think ill be able to see my baby (going on 10 weeks) any time soon atleast for the next two weeks :( . Im worried my baby isnt growing like she should. Every now Nd again i feel like i have a bunch of gas for two days i had diarrhea (sorry for the tmi) is that normal? Sometimes it feels like the gas is trapped in my stomach and ill have an extreme amount of discomfort, and ill feel like somethings wrong...earlier in the pregnancy about six to seven weeks i would get this sharp stabbing pain in my perineum and i looked it up and i was really concerned because what i was seeing it means your cervix can be dialating...im so worried i just want to see my baby okay, at the size she should be and with a heart beat. When i miscarried i saw the heart beat and literally six hours later the baby was gone and i was told i was losing her. My stomach looks like its growing Nd ive convinced myself the little pinches and cramps everywhere is either from being backed up or my organs moving around for my growing baby, am i right? Its extremely worrying because everything is so calm and normal besides the discomfort when compaired to my previous pregnancy...

I had all those pains with both my pregnancies. And horrible painful gas with my first. There is nothing much they can do before 12 weeks. But you should Remind them how far along you are and push for an appointment with someone. An ultrasound will put your mind at ease :)

Gas is normal, and everything you are describing is what i had after my miscarriage in april, i am now 19 weeks with my rainbow baby, he is very healthy. And if this is your first baby, you will barely show within the first 20 weeks... my son whos 7 now, i started showing with him at 6 and a half months... my daughter whos 14 months around 4.5 months i was showing with her... with baby number 3 im barely showing. And i am having the same problems u are.

Mine are a mixture of my previous misscarriage and my previous c sections.

With my son i didnt have an ob until i was maybe 15 weeks along.. my daughter 20 weeks and this one i got right away. It all depends on how booked they are. And if you are really worried, ask your GP to have an ultrasound booked for you. They cannot deny you that in pregnancy especially after a misscarriage.
