Hi ladies I just wanted to know ur opinions about drinking raspberry leaf tea...I'm trying to help start labor & was wondering if it was helpful to any mommas out there!

Your best bet is to go walk or squats to try to get the baby to drop and be engaged in the birth canal! Good luck :)

I drank it a ton with my first and it didn't help with anything at all

It won't put you into labor either it's suppose to help soften the cervix for easier delivery.

Yes what ellivin said is right it strengthens the uterus. I started drinking it near the end of my last pregnancy and labour went really well I didn't have to get induced or anything and ended up having my little guy one day early

Raspberry leaf tea won't start labor it's used to strengthen your uterus so you can have better conteactions. Most of my pregnancy books say to start drinking it around 34 weeks to start helping the uterus for when you go into labor
