Dont drink a lot at one time just sips. Ginger ale may help also.
Thank you guys so much!!! This helps alot thanks for understanding me, it def will be worth it in the end it just su cks for now cuz i throw up like 3 times a day and its just so painful but i will try to drink alot of water
Yea i went a month wo being able to keep water dowN let alone food. Lost 15lbs puking bile made the lining of esophagus wear away enough I was puking blood. I admitted to hospital with hyperemesis gravidarum. Severely dehydrated. Had to ne on zofran to eat rest of my pregnancy.
I was like that for 16 weeks, see a doctor so they can provide nausea medicine. That was the only thing that helped me keep some food or fluids down. Zofran or otherwise known as odansentron was my life saver and even then I threw up non stop until the bile and acid would come out. I know how you feel, hang in there and make sure you stay hydrated for your baby. It will get better
Ohh, hun. I know exactly how you feel. I once went a whole 2 days with nothing but water and I was soo miserable and crying so sad because I just wanted to eat. It gets better, trust me! Just a few more weeks, mama :(
I was so so sooo sick during first trimester and the only thing that helped me was cheese its and blue Gatorade. I could only put in a little at a time, but it helped. Good luck hun and stay hydrated.
Oh okay i will try to drink sometimes coffe too then cuz i never drink it
Also, you should be careful about your caffeine intake, but my book says coffee helps with nausea. I jave about one cup of coffee a day or less. But it helps.
Thank you very much,i just throw up like 20 mins ago and i start crying how upset i was that im so hungry and dont know shat to eat and im tired im just gonna try to drink at least water
My baby book says to eat cold foods. Like turkey sandwiches, soups tend to help me tho. And if i am not in the mood for anything usually chicken broth does the trick
Try taking it little by little. Also, after you eat something, try laying on your left side. Be sure to drink water if nothing else. The sickness isn't harming your baby, but it can make you suffer dehydration, so if you can't eat anything at least have fluids all throughout the day! :(
