Mine was 8.5 until I had an iron infusion to boost it 2 weeks ago through an IV line :( it is normal for your levels to drop in pregnancy, my midwife said ideally it will be 10.0-10.5 when I deliver, normal levels are around 11.5 so if you're 10.3 I would be too worried. Try increasing the iron in your diet by eating things like broccoli and black pudding, there are more foods I'm sure but I'm restricted because of my ulcerative colitis so mainly stick with the above two. You can get iron supplements in tablet and liquid form too
