Is it normal?

Is it normal for me to always have a sour stomach and feeling like I'm going to throw up all the time? I'm 30 weeks and I find it odd that I just don't feel good all the time.

Also I've notice that my stomach and ribs are super sensitive to the touch. It could be stretching.

I tried the crackers and it hasn't helped. :( I guess the best way I can explain it is when you eat really greasy food and you get that upset stomach that sends you to the bathroom. Except, I don't have to go to the bathroom and I haven't eaten anything greasy lately.

I'm 26 weeks this is my second pregnancy and I feel like I want to vomit all the time. I look very small from the outside but on the inside I know there's not much room and I'd really appreciate it if I could just pop out a little more to make room. There's not a ton of room in there and having a few crackers might help. Especially if you have heart burn.
