Is it really bad?! :(

So I heard I'm not suppose to use nasal spray, but I get real bad congestion every day all day idk why. And the doctor said I could use it. But my question is how often and andybofy had problems when using them?

It depends on the type of nasal spray too. Saline and Flonase can be used every day. And if your doctor cleared you for those, that's fine. Try to avoid Afrin type nasal sprays, I cannot confirm if they are safe during pregnancy or not, but the issue with this type of spray is that you can only use it for a few days at a time. Long term use of Afrin nasal spray can acutally cause your congestion to get worse, so it's only recommended for 2-3 day use and that's for normal, non pregnancy use.

Thank u so much! I just feel so bad when I don't use them I feel like I can't talk, eat and of course breath! But at the same time I get scared what if something happened to the baby. But thank god baby is healthy. :) and I'm not the only one.

I used nasal spray and I'm fine baby too, if your doc said its safe to use don't listen to anyone that tells you it isn't safe
