ive had sickness the last couple of days had sore head and feeling dizzy . an 34+6 . has anyone els experienced this. thanks x
Im not as far along as you, but I do know if i dont eat every three to four hours I feel horrible, and i need to drink a decent amount of water throughout the day. we dehydrate a lot quicker than we think while pregnant. Headache, dizziness...both signs of dehydration. If it persists, see your doctor : )
