Try putting pillows between your legs one on your back under ur belly if you have a. Big belly .. And hugging another pillow
I had the same problem earlier, then I bought a breast-feeding pillow just for myself and it really helped! You can sleep sideways and put it between your legs ang under your stomach. I had like six pillows in the bed before and they were no help..You can try to find online used breast-feeding pillows they are good as new :-)
theres never too many pillows. i dont use my dubet anymore or if i do ihave one leg out and squash it between my legs. i tend to sleep hugging a pillow. but i suppose its finding your own comfortable spot. ive had this difficulty and still do some nights... i slept with a blanket over me on my bed last night. and cushions around me. hugging my V pillow :-) hope this helps
