Is my pregnancy safe

I saw my period last on 22nd of August nd after some weeks i did home test nd tested positive, after two week am aving pain at my right hand side of my abdomen later move to my left hand side i have no bleeding bt am feeling pregnancy symptoms. Is my pregnancy safe nd also at what week can i go for my 1st ultrasound to know the number of weeks of my pregnancy nd to be able to monitor the growing. Pls i need help, dis is my first child dat am xpecting. Pls mothers help me. I need an answer ASAP

the pain you  are decribing is the same pain i had a moth ago. you need to see a doctor mine was a bladder infection the sooner you get seen the better because the pain will just get worst.

I agree the pain may be from your body making room for baby or it could be something else... Ectopic or the start ofa miscarriage, but with those you may exoierance some bleeding.

you should of been to see your doctor as soon as you found out u were pregnant.and they will tell u day of conception and roughly how far they think you are going by the first day of your last period then will book you in for your first scan at 3 months then you will ahve one at 5months.your pains may just be your body ajusting if u are in the early stages i had few pains with my first.hope has helped.
