I had one year old kids to take care of while pregnant and it never caused an issue- that said, it doesn't hurt to verify with your doctor, just in case there is something unique in your pregnancy that your doctor is aware of and we are not.

Unless your doctor tells you you are on bed rest and should not life anything over 15 lbs then obviously you shouldn't but if you haven't been told so then you're fine
