Is primrose oil safe or not?

Ive been using it for two weeks now. It help me dialted from 1 cm to 3cm and effaced to 50% in one week. I have a doctors appointment today so ill find out if I made some more progress. But I starting having contractions for the first time last night and they haven't stop so it feels like my little one is right around the corner. I prefer inserting them rather than taking them by mouth. I don't have problems taking pills but these things are the definition of a horse pill

Sorry I just seen this! I was only using it for two weeks before I went into labor and I was only in labor for 4 hours!

I've heard mostly good things but some people told me you can't insert it vaginally so idk..

Yes its safe.. and it works.. ive been using it for 2 weeks 2 orally during the day and 2 at night inserted vaginally with a little hole in them and i have lost my mucus plug over the weekend now not sure how much dilation as in the UK they dont check until your in labour.. but today ive been getti some back aches and stuff im 39+1

It worked for me! I did it with my first pregnancy, I'm a ftm and it worked!
