Gatorade is great! It has essential electrolytes.
When a friend was pregnant with twins and had a low fluid level in her placenta - she was on a strict Gatorade diet! She was pumping the fluids!
Heck yeah! I drink it like it's going out of style. The only real bad thing about it is the sodium, so just make sure that you're not drinknig 10 bottles a day. As a matter of fact, I'm drinking one myself at the moment - the cool blue kind. :)
