Is this normal?

Yesturday morning or the night before i started having this rash on both my arms. Its not really itchy all the time but it has its moments like right now. I was wondering if this is normal? I am breast feeding as well when my baby is breast feeding i start to get a little itchy around my boob, and also when she is not. Is this normal or is something wrong?

It could be a yeast infection on the boob, not sure about the arm, but definately get it checked by your doctor, because baby can get the yeast infection too, in her mouth, and it'll be thrush.  White spots all over the inside!  =)

I am not sure, since I can't see the rash. I think you should probably contact your primary just in case. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
