Is this safe?
Is it safe to be on the oliptical while pregnant? I got a brand new oliptical and would like to use it. I am 15 weeks and 3 days. What do you ladies think?
Yea just listen to your body and stop when you need to, but exercise is great for a healthy pregnancy and can help you with labor.
If you were pretty active before pregnancy, its fine. If not, take it easy and stop when your body tells you its had enough.
