Is this supposed to happen?

During my first pregnancy I didn't have this problem until about a month before my due date and I don't know if its from sleeping on my sides too much or from something else...my knees have been bad since I was 16 and my hips have been getting worse the last year from early onset fibromyalgia and maybe it's causing the pain but my legs and arms are so achy. Sitting hurts, standing puts too much pressure, Tylenol stopped working for me around age 19 for pain relief, and icing only numbs it for a fraction of a minute. The ache feels like this dull radiating pain more than an ache and its hard to get comfortable. Any suggestions?

I would try soaking in a warm Epsom salt bath. Anytime I get achy whether from working out or just sleeping in a bad position it helps tremendously.
