Yeah dear...am worried about these symptoms coz this is my first pregnancy... I feel like going through all this symptoms is not that much easy.. :(
They gave wonderful tips! Fruit and vegetables have a lot of water in them (plus they're good for you and baby)! I love ICE cold water. So for me adding ice is what helps me get enough water.
Thanks a lot for you tips... I will try to follow all of you gals..
I always try to get enough water, but there are some days where I just don't want to drink it. I know I love to drink soda from the fountain and can drink a lot of it. So I essentially play a game with myself. I put my water in the cup I would use for soda and tell myself that's what it is. I end up drinking more water this way. There's just something about having ice cold water from a straw that is more refreshing than from a cup or a water bottle. Now I carry the cup with me everywhere and refill it with ice and water. Maybe this can help you too.
Try adding a lemon or lime slice or cucumber to your water. Or Ginger tea with honey.
I find that when I get onto a routine of drinking lots of water then I cut back for whatever reasons, my lips get chappy too. It's not that you're dehydrated just that your body's not getting what its used to getting. I get the same way bout water too sometimes, so I add a packet to it to give it some flavor, or I drink a gatorade or vitamin water. Sometimes I just eat fruit, grapes or an orange, hoping they're juicy enough to hold me over for a bit.
Thanks a lot dear. usually i drink enough water i.e 6 liter per day... but during these days am not able to take more than 3 to 4 liters.. drinking water became hell to me.. water in my mouth giving bitter taste...am not feeling to drink water even though am thirsty.. what to do...
Just up your water intake. You could have dry lips cos of the weather or anything really also don't lick your lips they will dry them out more
