It hurts and i dont no what it is
Its 3am its woken me up for the last fiften min ive had a constant kinda cramp in my stumoc , its a bit intense, i feel a little like i wanna b sick , it gets worse at times, my stomocs not tight and i can feel her moving a little bit, im 31+2
Drink plenty of water and ly down on your left side. You could be a little dehydrated. Give it a while after you do that and if you still feel the same give your doctor a call. Hope you feel better!
I have no idea i dont no how too time them or anything, it just carmed down a little
