Itchy skin?

I am 20 wks and the last couple days I have been really itchy even though my skin is not dry. It's not on my belly either, just my arms and legs. Is this normal during pregnancy or do I need to see my dr? I have an apt on friday and I plan on talking to him about it but I just read some stuff saying it could be something wrong with your liver and it kind of freaked me out... Should I wait until Friday or call my doctor tomorrow?

for sure i hope it isnt . just had to get it out there when u said itchy skin because thats the first thing i noticed and my goodness is shingles horrible and a gross scar too lol hopefully everything is great for u and baby :)

I don't think it's shingles I just researched it a little bit and I'm not having any pain or anything so I highly doubt its shingles but if it gets worse I will go in

I hope it's not shingles, I work in a nursing home and I know pregnant women get it easy. I don't have any blisters or anything, I think I might just wait until my apt Friday morning

hey not to scare u at all but i had this with my daughter insane intense itching on my arms and legs it turned out i had shingles which is like a pregnancy chicken pox i had chicken pox as a child but apparently u can get them again when pregnant mine started with itching then i got little blisters on my shoulder and needed a prescription and pain meds as the blisters hurt sooo bad i still have a protruding scar on my shoulder  where the blisters were . as i waitied sooo long to go in .... also i have heard itching can go with high blood pressure.... not trying to freak u out but hope it helps :)
