I had that problem twice during pregnancy and both of my doctors said to take Bendaryl.. everyone is different though with what there aloud to take and how much, so call up the hospital first
I only have one small stretch mark on my side that's white. I think it's so itchy because I didn't have any bump and now my belly is growing into a little bump.
Are your stretch marks raised or red? If so you may have puppps. I have had this with 2 of my 4 pregnancies. It is horrible if they don't catch it right away. With my first I didn't have any signs of it until after i delivered and it started out on my inner thighs. I was scratching myself to death. They gave me benadryl which didn't help and only 16 days postpartum when it covered my whole body from the bottom of my feet to my head did they know what it was. I was then given a steroid pack and it all went away within a couple of days. My second pregnancy went fine and my third it came back. I tried cream and all while I was pregnant but that did no good so I ended up getting a steroid shot and all was better. I made them take care of the situation before it got worse. Hope this is not what you have but if it is steroids are the only cure well atleast for me. The rash is suppose to go away after you deliver the baby but I wouldn't take any chances. Good luck and i hope i could help.
Is it your belly that's itchy? Or all over if its your belly don't use lotion nothing with vitamin e use bio oil really helps
Cold washcloth I will try it. I have been itching all day while at school because I don't have anything to help with it. Any ideas on what I can bring to school to help with it?
Try a washcloth with cold water. Whatever you do, don't scratch! That can only make stretchmarks worse.
Can you take that while pregnant?
