theres no bumps, just red from scratching. I use coconut oil. Is benadryl safe during pregnancy? I'll try anything, before I go crazy.

That sounds like PUPPPS. I had it from 17 weeks on. It was on my legs, arms, and under my belly button. If it is PUPPPs it either goes away after delivery or simply on its own. But your doctor can prescribe you with a safe antihistamine to help with scratching. I recommend witch hazel throughout the day, Cortisone 10 after drying off from a shower, and coconut oil in the shower as a body wash. Baths don't help it, this is something that needs to be dried out.

Try not to itch...I've heard itching makes you get more stretch marks

How far along are you? If it doesn't stop check with your doctor as it could be cholestasis.
