I've been here before...still don't know if she's pregnant...

Please help. I was seeing girl late 08 into early 09 for 3 mnts or so. Last time we slept together was 20th of Jan or so...all unprotected. she says she was on yaz pill. in very early Feb she tells me shes throwing up and thinks she might be preg but doc tells her its stomach flu. well, we do urine test on Feb 6 it came back neg...she tells me she started period 2 days later...I was over it til she kept saying she wasnt feeling good - tired, back ache, stomach pain, etc..early March she says she went to gyno for "annual" and told she was anemic and needed to take iron, calcium vit d supplements. Said they did a preg test and it was neg. of course i dont believe her. Late March, she goes to ER with stom pain/trouble breathing...says they did ultrasound & had inflamed pancreas. tell her I have a girlfriend so she tells me she wants to make things right take another test. She goes to planned parenthood in April and does urine test for me it too comes back neg...i didn't see her take it. I saw the paper they gave her. She calls me about 3 or 4 hours later and tell me she was pregnant and miscarried in early feb. She says she cheated on the first test to make it negative but she couldn't tell me how. Well, of course i still don't believe her and think she is pregnant. She says the miscarriage took 1 day and had vaginal ultrasound. I got upset and told her I was gonna tell her parents about it and she beat me to it...I went to her house the next morning and she took another urine test with her dad there...it too came back negative and he "assured" me she wasn't pregnant and she would have been showing..I don't believe that..I saw her in late may which would have her at 19 or 23 wks & she didnt look preg..she looked skinnier except her face..i haven't heard from her since. Based off what I told you with negs, the calc, vit d & iron supp, the inflamed panc, etc..does anyone think shes pregnant? Would a gyno prescribe those supplements and why? What do u think..can i move on?

Ok, I think that you have posted before with the same obsession, last time we told you the same thing.
Women become anaemic because of the blood loss during their periods and women NEED to take Iron for the hemoglobin lost during her period and Calcium to prevent bone loss (which is caused by the up and down flow of estrogen in the blood stream during the cycle which speeds up bone loss)  Besides the fact that calcium helps to absorb vitamin D which everyone needs.

Do your research and stop obsessing.  Women need to take supplements all the time because of blood loss, some people have better or worse diets so some people have to take more supplements than others.  But anemia is NOT something that only happens during pregnancy, and having a miscarriage will deffinitely make you loose a LOT of iron in your blood. Women loose a lot of blood during a misscarriage.

She could have a swollen face for several reasons including high blood pressure, a diet full of sodium, taking birth control pills etc.  But a swollen face is NOT a symptom of pregnancy.  Weight gain specifically around her abdomen, certainly is and women start showing early like at 16-18 weeks so by now she would have definitely been showing, specially if she was a skinny girl to begin with.

OH and BTW stop obsessing and stop getting different user names and asking the same question!

she had her dad see the test, got you paperwork to show you she isn't pregnant...THE GIRL IS NOT PREGNANT! i also have to take iron, magnesium and calcium supplements because i'm anemic. just because she takes vitamins and supplements does NOT mean she's pregnant. there are plenty of other reasons she could be taking them.  if she was pregnant she would most definitely be showing by now.

if you're the same guy who was obsessing over this last month i'm REALLY begining to think you WANT her to be pregnant with how much you keep asking about it.

Stop obsessing. Seriously! Plenty of women take iron because they are anemic and their period makes it worse, i've had many friends who needed it. I myself required Calcium when I was NOT pregnant. Calcium is essential before a woman hits 30 because it'll build up her bone mass and her gyn likely gave her both the iron and calcium because she needed it, not because she was pregnant and needed it.  She'd have been given more than just iron and Calcium to take if she were pregnant.

I myself currently take Iron, Calcium, Folic Acid, and a prenatal because  I'm pregnant. When I am not pregnant I take Calcium and a vitamin

I think you should just move on instead of obsessing over it.  You will never really know especially if you think she's lying.  Nothing she says will convince you otherwise.

she would have been either 19 or 23 weeks which would have put her at 5-6 months...her face looked a little swollen but the rest of her didn't look pregnant! what do you think???

You better believe she'd be showing by 5-6 months.  I started showing at 4 months and this is my first.

yes , don't worry , what reason could she have to tell you that she is not pregnant when she is ,,,  and supplements are prescribed for many reasons, not only pregnancy . no need to worry and take care!!!
